Been waiting for a long time for this place to open. Now that its open, decided to pay a visit!
Inside, they seat you and is given 2 menu. One is the main menu, the one in this picture is where the term "Mongolian Grill" come from. Which is, you are given a paper menu to fill out, hand it to the waiter, he/she will give it to the chef and the chef will prepare it to your liking. The process of ordering goes like this:
To start, you first choose a meat (one or combo) next your vegetables (Carrot,onion,pepper, many more), then your sauce, and last is your grain (stream rice, fried, noodle)
As the food get cook, you are given a side salad with ginger dressing which I give 3.5/5

Taste: 8/10 - I love spicy food and the food I order was hotter then I first thought it would be. The fried rice was chewy, the amount of meat to rice ratio 45/55, which is a almost perfect ratio suited for the american taste. I do like more rice then meat but I won't complain since there lot of meat! Overall, it was good. A bit on the sweet side but guess that cause of the sauce had them put in. Maybe if I can find the right sauce, the taste would improve greatly.Service: 4.5/5 - Waiter was very nice, picked up as many trash he can everytime he visit. Ask if I needed a refill. a cup to go, sauce. Very nice and hardworker. The only reason why he didn't get a full 5 was cause he asked if we need anything every min but it is his first day so I didn't mind that. Tipped him good!

Final Thought: The food is good, the service is great, since they just open, they may need time to get everything in order (Preparing the buffet table, cashier computer.). Would I eat there again?
